When can I sell my shares from an IPO?

I have shares from a private company that is going IPO in a few weeks. I used to work there and bought my shares. When will I be able to sell those shares? Do I have the same 180 day lock up period like employees of the company?

Where can I get an online heads up on IPO’s?

I heard about Athena Health early this a.m. and by the time I discovered that it was going public (today), it was already up 60%.
Useless info there “Ron B”.

The IPO was at or around $18 and was up 97% on the close.

Not looking for ‘insider” information. Looking for notice on planned IPO’s.
