Vonage IPO. Good buy or not?

IPO
Mellisa asks:

Ok, I have been a Vonage customer for quite some time. Recently, I received an email about being eligible to buy stock for Vonage’s IPO (Initial Public Offering) some time soon. What are your impressions about this? I’ve read a little and seems like this is a desperate effort by Vonage to rack up some capital to continue operation since there have been significant losses reported recently. Is this a good buy or not? My intention would be to “flip” this stock (meaning I would buy it at the initial opening price and maybe selling within a day or two).
