    i think what you call this is buying an option, thanks for the tip id like to recommend the investopedia stock simulator its great u learn alot dont know how to buy options in it tho but good luck id definitely buy stocks in alibaba if i had the cash im sure itll be right up there with google and ebay

    Ask your broker if he/she can get some of the Alibaba shares for you on the IPO. It’s unlikely that you will be allocated any shares unless you are a large and valued client, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
