Cairn IPO was actually undersubscribed. So I guess you will be allotted your shares. But many retail investors’ bids were removed after Dec 15., and hence the undersubscription issue.
As to whether it is good or not, well, that’s for you to decide. Guess the price will go up once it is listed, and then whether to hold or book profits is your call.
