The I in IPO stands for “Initial”, meaning the starting/beginning or “for the first time” public offering… so no. They can issue more shares at any time, but once a company has listed it can’t offer shares “for the first time” again, logically.
However if they formed a subsidiary and THAT company went public, then that company could have an IPO.
