Reuters reported that Intelius, Inc. plans an initial public offering (IPO) to raise up to $143.75 million. Intelius said it applied to Nasdaq to list its common stock on that exchange under the symbol INTL.O. Underwriters of the offering are Deutsche Bank Securities, Bear Stearns & Co, CIBC World Markets and Cowen and Co.
