try Yahoo finance or MSN Money or any other finance site

  2. Katheryn

go to yahoo finance. enter the tickler in the get quotes window. you can see the graph after that, then from the graph you can select how far history you want to get.

    Try moneycontrol.com

go to moneycontrol.com, enter your scrip name and click go, then go down to the page, where you will have the graph for that particular share, click on the graph, you can see the past performance too.
Day trading is quite risky, because the fluctuations of the share price is dependant on many factors external to the company too, like some change of law in US, or some new regulation by RBI. however, if you have an account wiht some of the trade houses like hdfcsec, indiabulls, reliance money, they will tell you the price ranges for some shares on each day, based on which you can invest. but you should be on the watch through out the day.
