As an individual investor, you will not be allocated any shares from the IPO at the pre-determined price before it hits the market. This is only available to large investors (Fidelity, Vanguard, Merrill, big hedge funds, etc.).
However, if you are bullish on this stock, just make sure you wake up with the market the first day that this thing trades and you buy it as soon as the market opens through your online brokerage account. That is pretty much your only realistic option.
