    Why don’t you look into opening an online brokerage account? (Etrade, Schwab, etc…) Or call one of those companies to see if they have any restrictions? That way you can do it yourself (no bank/broker setting limits.) Then you just place the order (limit or market order) when the company IPOs and hope it fills.
