Ive worked customer service for a long time now and i know that absolutly the best place to get the information is to call on their toll free line if they have one and ask all the questions that you have. They should either be able to get you the exact info, or direct you to a website that has the info. I also know that several corporations make their info available on their website in some sort of “investors” page that lists things you would want to know before buying their stock, or if you have already bought their stock.
Google the companies and go to their websites
You should find everything you need there
If they’re publicly traded you can find all this in their annual report. Just call the main administrative office and ask for it.
Either go to their company website where corporate information is listed (which I assume you’ve already tried) or if you have time, request their annual report for 2006 or their last quarterly report if those are published. There should either be a 1-800 number for them on the website, or a place directly on the website where you can request this information.
