    Get a DEMAT account for urself, thats the first step..then i will tell u how to go abt investing.

    You can open an investment account with someone like Ameritrade or deal with a broker. A broker will charge you a big commission every time you buy or sell a stock. To get share of any company during their IPO is tough…you basically have to know someone in the business that can get you shares.
