they’ve announced a raio of 5:3 that is 3 shares for every 5 shares. u will get 9 shares and not more than that for the remaining two shares. the date is yet to be decided. if u hold on the record date u will get. if u sell before that date u wont get any bonus share

the record date is not yet fixed i believe. Once they fix the record date, then u have to hold the shares in ur demat a/c on the record date. otherwise u will not be entitled to receive the bonus shares.
u will be entitled for 9 shares. the other shares may be considered for fractional entitlement. it depends on teh company on how to treat this fractional entitlement. sometimes it will be adjusted with a monetary compensation and sometimes it will be carried out without any action until a next corporate action is taken in this stock.
