Have you checked your bank account. Refunds are often sent directly to your bank account and only an intimation sent to you (which may have been misplaced)
hey this same thing happened with 1 of my friend. i would advice u to log on the Karvy site. u can check the status once u enter the serial no of the form. i hope dat will solve ur prob. gd luk
