my ipo battery completely died and wont charge?

at least i think it wont..all i see is a black screen with the apple icon…and occasionally the screen says very low battery please wait. i have it plugged up to the comp but im not sure if its charging…what do i need to do?

    Its charging ,

    if the screen is dim it is because it dosent have enough energy to light up and it still dosent have enough energy to tell you its charging

    The same thing happened to me becaues my battery was really really low. I would recommend leaving the ipod plugged in for at least 5 or so hours until it comes back into power.

    when yo computer iz off, turn it on and soon as you press da button to turn it on, plug ya ipod up to da computer and it SHOULD say charging (or sumthin like dat)..if it dont, den,….

    try restartin yo ipod(this iz da safe way to restart it without erasing yo songz on dere)
    when yo ipod iz off, turn dat switch (dat hold switch on da top) on and off,
    after that, hold da menu and da center button together at da same time until you see da apple symbol on da ipod and den plug it up to your computer while da computer iz on and leave it dere.

    if none of those dont work.. den take dat $hit to da store… fareal gurl…lol

    Don’t listen to ak…. whatever the hell her name is. Just see what’s up with your iPod, ask your parents to take it to the store. See, what’s up and try to get a new one because, remember, the Apple store does have a warranty. But, it probably, just needs a lot of charging, it’s a good chance not broken.
