Should I invest in DLF ipo, Considering what happened to another property company’s ipo’s?

Charley asks:
I want to invest in the DLF property firm ipo coming on 11th this month, the ipo will be for price band of 500-550/-. It is a big deal, but considering that what happned to another property firms like Parsvanath and Ansal API etc, they just all crashed to their issue price and not recovered.

Should I invest in this ipo or wait for another ipo like ICICI, Spice Telecom or Adani Port?

No body can give a firm judgement on this question. All the answers would be with “if” and “thens”
Presently trend of the market is downwards and property market is just at its peak. It is not at all advisable to invest in a property firm for few more months.
Forthcoming issue of ICICI will definitely give you an instant high return-just try to grab as much share as you can.
seems this ipo is good and may fetch you minimum 10%
premium on allotment. However you may divide your
funds and apply in other ipos as well
Well the issue looks a bit overpriced but if you are a long term investor then you surely can apply it is a godd scrip for the long term time horizon of 1 to3 years
I am applying for short term gain of upto 20% on listing. If I were a long term investor I wud not aply.I would wait for price to come down and buy from the secondary market
To me DLF is somewhat differnt from others like Parsvanath Ansal ………….I think it’s a good script to invest………
I also try for that……..if I get that then I feel really Lucky…….
I have hope with that……..Try to subscribe for that soon…….
That’s my suggestion……..
Anyway Wishes for you ………

its a good scrip but bit overpriced and there is every chance of firm allotment coz of the huge size of the IPO. so invest min bid lot or u are very long term investor its not all a bad deal
