I have the chance to buy some pre-ipo shares in a company that is planning to go public in about 2 years. There are 500 mil shares in the company and it seems like a high number of shares to have offered before event going public. Any thoughts, advice or opinions?

I called the BOA investment services and that fu**er says BOA doesn’t give IPO’s at all. I think he was lying and they only give IPO’s to people with huge money in banks??
Please help me so that I can get some new IPO’s before the market does and get some money .

The company last EDGAR filling was back in 2002. Their buisness number has been disconected but they still host a website that was updated on Jan 4, 2007. www.Coolbev.com
