what does the SEC mean by “requires companies to be current in their filings??

2) How much will Visa’s stock hurt MasterCard? I was lucky to get in on MasterCard when it first came out. I’ve been cashing out on shares a little at a time every time it hit a new high, but should I pull out completely and dive into Visa instead?

Equity ratio is .41
risk free rate is 9%

I have the B/S and I/S if that proves useful, but that’s all I have to try and calculate this. Any ideas?

I know you can look them up on IPO filings but is there any other way? What kind of questions would I ask the company itself if they are going public besides just asking straight out? Please do not answer if you do not know what i’m talking about or cant answer.
