Ask your broker for a prospectus. On the front you will have the entire selling group. Contact a firm mentioned there. Your probability of buying the stock is about zero to none I would imagine. You will have to wait for it to actually start trading on the exchange.
The reason I doubt you can get the stock is it should come out hot. The firms listed on the front are responsible for selling X number of shares. They contact good clients and pitch the stock. VISA would need little pitching. It is also a commission free transaction, so you are giving a client that has made you money a gimme. (The broker does make money on the transaction, just not a commision from the client.,)
from what I have heard the IPO is close to fully subscribed and as mentioned unless you have a large account with one of the brokers already involved you are out of luck,
Though in the first few days it may be a good time to buy as people may engage in profit taking if there is a little run up, but lots of upside.
