Trading for Visa has already started when the market opened today. I bought several V shares already from my Fidelity account
It opens when the specialist can get the ask/bid in some kind of line. At last I heard it was bid 52 ask 57. It has NOT started to trade … .. hmm yes have started. The price is moving up. TV sees 60.. which would make me happy… (I would win a bet)

don’t get in in the morning.. unless the volume spikes there is no way your investment in visa today will go up
