When is the date of the Visa Inc. IPO?

I’ve been following the proposed Visa Inc. IPO for some time now and there is still no EXACT date of its IPO. Does anyone know when it will happen or at least a close guess to when it will happen?
ALSO - what other companies can I invest in that will benifit from Visa going public? (I’m trying to pick the companies that will benifit the most but whoose shares are under $35 a share)
