Where can I find initial IPO dates for existing companies?

Bud asks:
For example: Google (GOOG) IPO’d on August 19th, 2004
Unfortunately, it has been much harder to find IPO dates for other companies (try AAPL). Is there an existing database somewhere with this information?

Type in the company name and search for document type S-1/a
